Your local public library wants to make improvements to there services & facilities. In order to get ideas from the public, they have asked library users to send them suggestions in writing. Write a letter to librarian in your letter - describe what you like about the library - say what you don't like - make suggessions for improvements
Dear Sir,
I am writing
this
letter after seeing the poster that you paste outside the wall to make some improvements for the public about the facilities and services that are given to the library
.
I visit the local library
more than twice a week.Firstly
, I like the grey colour of the walls which gives the sign of pleasant and quiet. In addition
, I like the infrastructure of the library
that all books are arranged in a good manner on the shelves. Moreover
, anyone can get up-to-date books and they have all sorts of books according to
public taste.
I do not like the wooden chair because it is not comfortable for sitting for more than an hour. Secondly
, in the daytime, there is enough natural light coming from the outside but at night time the light quality is not good, some lights are not working properly that's why I prefer to go library
in the evening time.
I want to write down some suggestions, Firstly
, Just provide some cushions for wooden chairs, it will make it comfortable to sit on. Moreover
, you should check the lighting system on a monthly basis and install led lights which are cost-reusable and good quality.
I am waiting to see the improvements in the library
.
Yours Sincerely,
