Overall
, new housing complexes and community places are to be built after all factories were demolished. Looking at the planned infrastructure, there are a lot of expansions of the current roads.
Firstly
, a smaller circle of traffic will be built in the south area, which connects the south and centre roads.
Furthermore
, the bigger traffic circle is going to be extended to the northwest area to facilitate the housing complex and new shops.
In addition
to
this
, there will be a new road that goes up north, which overpasses the river. A new roadway will
also
go along the river and the new housing buildings on the north side. To accommodate
this
new development, farmland will be reduced in size.
On the other hand
, in the east, there will be a lot of new buildings to be constructed. There will be lots of houses and a new school
at the end
of the east road. A little roadway to the north will
also
be paved away to reach the playground.
Lastly
, there will be a medical centre as well, which will be between the roundabouts.
