Dear Sir/Madam I am writing
this
letter to express some of my ideas regarding the improvements to the public library which were advertised on your website. I am your regular customer for 2 years and I am always here when I want to read and do research on my thesis for my study. I really like your library because of the atmosphere, it is well ventilated and the books are well organised too on the bookshelves, it is easy for me to find the book that I needed. One thing that I do not like is the lighting it is too dark for me
