In today's society,
communication
 plays a vital role in our daily life. Some people think that the
communication
 bond between the manager and
workers
 is key to the success of a
company
.
while
 others say that there are various other factors that are required. I will discuss both views of
this
 statement. On one side of the coin, It is said that
communication
 is the key to success. The more the
workers
 communicate with their co-
workers
 and higher authorities, they will face problems. As everything between them will be cleared through
communication
. It will help the
company
 to grow at a rapid pace and all the tasks achievement will be achieved that are being made by them prior.
Moreover
, there will be a friendly environment at the workplace which boosts the energy and confidence of the
workers
 to
work
 with dedication and determination On the flip side of the coin,
communication
 alone can not handle all the other
company
's problems and targets. The
company
 should provide all the necessary benefits to the
workers
. There should be always the safety of the
workers
 as the priority task of the
company
. There are many incidents that happen in the workplace regarding safety.so the
workers
 can
work
 freely without worrying about their safety.
For example
, the
company
 should introduce various employee rewards that will motivate them to
work
. The
company
 should give bonuses and salary increments to the
workers
 who
work
 better. In conclusion,
communication
 can diminish the misunderstanding between the
workers
 and higher authorities.
However
, I believe that the other factor related to the
workers
 should be given more importance.
