In your opinion, what specific skills and knowledge do ASEAN Generation Z Leaders need to effectively address social challenges in their communities?

In my opinion, as a millennial, we are in the same situation where we need specific
skills
and pieces of
knowledge
such
as interpersonal
skills
, self-management, leadership, self-
knowledge
and universal
knowledge
. These
skills
and
knowledge
are needed to contribute to a diverse society and solve social challenges. In interpersonal
skills
, we have to be able to communicate our ideas in a way anyone can understand.
Then
, we build relationships in order to be able to cooperate and address the problem. I realized
this
case when I had to lead my class in my first online-exchange
project
, in 2021. I was not confident with my English and I did not know how to introduce myself professionally when I interacted with an Indian teacher. Meanwhile, I was the leader in
this
exchange
project
. As my self-management to tackle
this
situation, I had to know my strength to be calmly confident.
Furthermore
, my leadership skill was challenged when I had to create the scheme, prepare the tools, maintain the flow of the
project
, and make a presentation about India. Even though it was an online
project
, it was still challenging as I led the students and parents, and cooperated with the Indian teacher. Since that day, I realized interpersonal
skills
, self-management, leadership, self-
knowledge
and universal
knowledge
have to be taught to the teachers and students since at the primary level, we will be able to communicate and collaborate globally.
