It is some times said that a high salary is the most important factor in choosing a job . Do you agree?

It is commonly believed that higher income is the priority when

. But sometimes a high payment might not be the only thing
that is
 considered for most
people
 since there are several factors that make
people
 stay on

job
. I have several reasons that argue why
money
 is not the most important thing as described in
this
 essay.
One
 reason to consider when working on

job
 is
work
-life balance. Some
people
 might decide to not
work
 on assignments that pay well but give them very little time to relax and enjoy their life outside of
work
. General well-being is very important for everyone, if a career takes it away from an individual, he or she might eventually decide to quit the
job

people
 generally apply for jobs that they are more interested in or familiar with. It is risky to choose an occupation that
one
 is not actually good at but pays a great amount of
money
 because eventually he may quit the
job
 or may be asked to leave in the end because he cannot contribute enough to the employers. Another important factor that might be as important as salary is the

 incentives. When certain companies offer their employees means of travel to
work
, accommodations close to the jobs, better chances at getting promoted, or better meals during the day, these companies might do better in recruiting staff than those that don't offer anything else apart from big
money
. In conclusion, I believe that
money
 is not the most important factor when
people
 decide to apply for a
job
. There are other factors
such
 as
work
 incentives,
work
-life balance, and
people
 specialities that are as important. An individual should choose their
job
 wisely
according to
 these factors. ,
