Some people are of the opinion that giving a good first impression at an interview is the key to securing a good job. To what extent do you agree?

It is often suggested that a
first
impression sets the impact in the interviewer’s mind. Personally, I strongly agree with
this
view for a variety of reasons.
First
of all, an impressive interview leaves a good note on the employers.
This
means that the employer gets the insight of skills and knowledge that the employees can provide for the development of the
company
. In fact,
this
meeting is the only occasion for the candidate to show their abilities and
also
the only occasion for the employer to choose prospective employers so maybe they will focus on the one who has well-behaviour.
For example
, an interviewee through a deep interaction can explain how their expertise helped in dealing with stressful situations and what skills they have to offer.
Secondly
, an interviewee's dressing style and etiquette show professionalism and suitability to present the
company
on the global platform.
This
is because when an employee interacts with clients, their

will either land a
company
with a potential customer or lose a business deal irrespective of the fact from where or for how many years they have studied in university.
As a consequence
, the
company
has to analyze very sharply the credibility of an employee before hiring. In conclusion, a
first
impression has a really important role

securing a good job. In my opinion, I completely believe a
first
impression can increase the chance for people to get a job because interviewers can assess different aspects of applicants including appearance, skills, and level of foreign language.
