, there are ten stages in the process, beginning with collecting ripe red pods from cocoa trees and ending with pressing the inner parts of the

To begin
with, once pods get ripe and red, they are harvested and got white cocoa

from these pods.
Then
the white

are fermented.

step, the

spread in the sun to dry.
