the most difficult type to hire is skilled employers. Comparably, getting an unskilled workforce is less effort and a managerial position is the least difficult. Observing the details, the difficulty finding employees slightly rising in 2004 for the manufacturing and building sectors, except for technical and managerial workers which went down by around 3% each. Whilst in commerce and services areas is decreased in every kind of employers. It is noticeable, that employees in commerce and services areas are not struggling in finding technical and managerial positions since it was only below 6%. Remarkably, in 2004 the commerce sector scored 0% and found it super easy to recruit technical and managerial manpower. In conclusion, unskilled workers in every business are easier to find since it's only under 30 per cent.
