Some employers believe that job applicants’ social skills are more important than their academic qualifications. Do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

when finding jobs. In my opinion, I disagree with
this
opinion and
this
essay will illustrate the reason for
this
point of view. On the one
hand
, there are two main ideas why qualification is better.
To begin

and be successful in a
job
, candidates must have solid foundation
knowledge
and have time to seriously study it. expertise to serve that

.
For
example
, a bank employee needs to have specialized
knowledge
to accurately calculate interest rates on loans or customer savings. It would be terrible if a bank employee without accounting
knowledge
incorrectly calculates the interest rate on customers' funds.
In addition
, a degree is
also
seen in many places as evidence of a person's learning and professional abilities. Candidates with higher levels of education will create more sympathy for employers. A real-life
example
is that a company may accept training someone who does not have many social communication
skills
, but they will not accept someone with poor professional ability.
On the other
hand
, social
skills
are a necessary skill,
however
, if only social
skills
are present, it will be difficult for a person to develop in the field they are interested in. A person always learns professional
knowledge
before learning how to practice it.
For
example
, a doctor would not be able to perform an operation if he did not have expertise in surgery

and had a long period of study and observation. At that time he couldn't just talk and use his social
skills
to help the patient. Another
example
, an office worker will not be able to complete his duties well if he does not have
knowledge
about his profession and the field he is working in, even though he is sociable, friendly and skilled. Good communication
skills
or good relationships with colleagues and bosses. In finding a

and qualifications are two things that always go

but learning is always the most important and irreplaceable.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
