Dear Harry, I hope that you will be in great spirits. I am writing to introduce my friend Aliya who has the ability to join our company. We had been classmates for the past 9 years and we had graduated together from Wahdat College. I want to share the personality traits she possesses as a teacher's favourite student. As I talk about her personality she has a good nature and polite person which I think you will admire
this
style. Moreover
, her behaviour towards work is quite professional. Furthermore
, she has experience in Information Technology system because our company need this
calibre of person to run the IT department well. I humbly request you to please consider my friend as an employee in our sector. I think she will be given an opportunity to prove herself. I assure you that she is the best person to join our team. I am looking forward to your suitable reply. Warm Wishes,Submitted by mobinadurrani43 on

Structure your letter
A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:
- A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
- The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
- A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)
When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.
All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
