While some view it as a good way to spend, others think that their money should be spent on other aspects of life. From my standpoint, there are truths in both perspectives.

On one hand from the employers' aspects, this would add up to their human resources problems, on the other hand, from the employees' perspective, who would not like to have long days off. In order to satisfy both individuals, one month off would subjectively fulfil satisfaction for most workers as well as ease hardships for employers.
