Your colleague is traveling from another country by plane for a meeting. You have arranged the airport pickup, hotel accommodation and planned his/her meetings. Write a letter to your colleague. In your letter, you should: •say when and where you will meet him/her •explain where he/she will stay •tell him/her about the other arrangements you made.

Dear Amir, I'm really happy that you are going to be here
this
weekend. It's been a
while
since we saw each other in London and I actually missed you a lot. Your flight will land in Tehran around 9 pm, and because of that I don't think I can come to see you at the airport, so I made an arrangement with a taxi driver to pick you up as soon as you arrived. He will bring you directly to our place, where you can make yourself at home. Jane will be already there waiting for you and I will probably be home at 11 pm. During the weekend you are more than welcome to stay with us. We all going to have so much fun together.
However
, since your business meeting will be held in Isfahan, you might need to leave Tehran a day after your arrival. And there is another thing that I almost forgot to tell you. It's about Sara, your old girlfriend; she seems to be excited to see you, but since I'm not sure whether you like to meet her or not, I haven't told her anything about your plans. Please talk to her directly if you want. I can't wait to see you , my friend. Best Wishes, Arash
