generally increased in 2004, except for commerce, which fell in that year. The Commerce group stood at 47% in 2003 and slightly decreased to 41% for skilled workers
as well as
unskilled workers
dropped about 3% in 2004. The other 3 sectors rose slightly around 3-10% for all types of difficulty. Finding skilled workers
’ figures were the highest with all sectors above 40% followed by unskilled workers
