Dear Mr Black, I hope you are doing well. My name is Tajinder Singh and I work as a part-time worker in your company. I am writing to draw your attention to my recent achievement of successfully completing my post-graduation with a good score in the second
last
 semester which is a quite proud moment for me. After that, I have to finish an internship of six months to get my final certification. Unfortunately, I have to join an IT company to pursue my final goal of becoming a successful engineer in my life.
That is
 why, I can not be a full-time employee of your organization.
However
, I applied for interviews with multiple companies and got selected yesterday by an employer for the training program. I am very grateful to you that you gave me a chance to be a part of your association for 3 years.
Furthermore
, I gained valuable knowledge about business from you and my colleagues which will help me in achieving my life goals. The upcoming week is my study week and I can start my internship next month. The letter presents a clear purpose but can benefit from more detailed explanations on why you cannot pursue a full-time job with the company. Make sure each paragraph expands on a single aspect of the letter's purpose.
coherence cohesion
The letter has a logical structure and appropriate greeting and closing, but transitions between paragraphs could be smoother. Use cohesive devices to enhance the flow of information.

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
