Nowadays, many people prefer to eat in restaurants or buy frozen food from supermarkets to save time, while many prefer to cook fresh food at home to get a healthy diet. Eating and cooking fresh food at home have more nutritions value as compared to market and restaurant meals. This essay will discuss both sides and explain why prepared food at the residence has better vitamins.

Society suggests that young students should explore only subject-oriented literature, whilst others think that students should also be allowed to read for relaxation. However, relaxing literature that generally contains fiction could also make youngsters more expressive about their feelings.
