The phenomenon of using banned substances has become common nowadays, although it was known just a couple of years before, lots of sporters are seeking to use prohibited substances before they measure their abilities, thus to reach success as soon as possible since this issue become widespread and important, I will try to begin the discussion about its causes, and I will suggest some solutions.
