Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter to express my objection to some issues that occurred during the previous meeting. I am Sajjad Bahmani and I was invited to the conference which was about environmental conservation that was held in
Hotel
Continental
last
Monday, 22nd of October. Actually, the assembly was profitable and the attendance
besides
the professors who presented their views and solutions was fabulous.
However
, some factors did not please me, especially about the
hotel
's services. The most important matter was my reserved room condition.
In addition
, it was not well organised and the washroom was strikingly unclean. To be honest, it was not suitable for a university researcher. The second one was the
hotel
's cuisine quality
moreover
, restrictions on the food service's hours.
Due to
the length of that meeting which lasted until 10 pm, the
hotel
did not serve any food during that period of time.
Hence
, I was forced to exit from
hotel
for dinner. It is suggested, next time, alter the location of the conference or the organizer ask the
hotel
's management to accommodate special services for the attendance through that day. I appreciate your attention in advance. My contact number and email address are attached to the letter. I will be accessible after 5 pm for more enquiries. Yours sincerely Sajjad Bahmani
