The diagrams compare the present layout of a university
sports
centre with a future design. It is obvious that the centre will witness a significant change by adding more indoor facilities to meet diversified needs after being redeveloped,
while
some are set to remain unchanged. At present, a 25-metre pool sits in the heart of the
sports
complex, where it will maintain the same,
along with
the reception in front of it, a changing room on its left side and the seating on its right side. In future, the gym is planning to double in size. The outdoor courts on the left will be transformed into a leisure pool,
while
the right one will be replaced by a
sports
hall and two dance studios.
Furthermore
, there will be two changing rooms in the southeastern and southwestern parts of the centre, where a newly-built
sports
shop and a café will be adjacent to them on either the right or left side respectively.

Task Achievement
To enhance task achievement, ensure that all parts of the prompt are fully addressed with a balanced approach. More detail could be added to each section of the sports centre to give a clearer comparative analysis.
Coherence & Cohesion
For a better score in coherence and cohesion, use a wider range of linking words and phrases to demonstrate clear relationships between ideas and paragraphs. A concluding statement that summarizes the main differences and addresses the significance of the redevelopment would also improve the overall structure of the essay.
