The letter's structure is reasonably clear, but paragraphs should be better developed with each containing a single, clear purpose. Consider using a separate paragraph for introducing the issue, describing the documents, and stating the required action.

To improve task achievement, provide specific details about the documents to show why they are important, include exact dates and references, if possible, and clearly articulate the action you expect from the post office.
