The pie charts below compare the proportion of energy capacity in gigawatts (GW) in 2015 with the predictions for 2040.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The following pie charts illustrate the total percentage of charge units in gigawatts in the 25-year period of time from 2015 and 2040. Looking from an
overall
perspective, it is readily apparent that the numbers of energy capacity to increase in percentage were, solar, and wind,
while
fossil fuels, other renewables and nuclear decreased.
According to
the figure, solar comprised close to none at first to climb significantly by just under a fifth in 2040.
Similarly
, the wind made up a fraction at 5 per
cent
in the beginning, will go up steadily by a third in the end. As for remaining, other renewables accounted for slightly under a quarter in 2015 which
then
will decline by a mere 2 percent in the
last
year. Nuclear took up only 6 per
cent
in 2015 to drop by precisely 1 per
cent
in 2040.
Lastly
, fossil fuels, which was the highest number in general, was at more than a half at first to fall significantly by exactly 20 per
cent
in the final year surveyed.
