You have bought clothes from a shop in a different city, and one garmen turned out to be defective. Write a letter to the manager of the store an explain What did you buy there? What defect did you find? How would you like to solve this issue?

Dear Manager, I am Tajinder Singh from Calgary and bought a few garments from your shop on January 12th, 2024. I am writing
this
letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding a shirt that had a fault. To commence with, during my family trip to Toronto, I purchased some items from your store that include two formal trousers, three shirts and a coat. Unfortunately, one out of three shirts is smaller in size which is a white coloured plain T-shirt. I think it has a printing mistake in the size as I am not able to wear it. Apart from that, I can not visit your store again because I live far away from you; so I can parcel it to your mailing address. After that, you can either refund me or provide me with a replacement for it. I would appreciate it if you could resolve
this
issue as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely, Tajinder Singh
