You have recently faced a problem at the airport. An employee of the airport helped you with this matter. Write a letter to the airport manager and say - What was the problem - How did that person help you - Suggest the manager to praise this employee in some way.

Dear Manager, I trust
this
correspondence finds you well. I am writing to you to apprise you of a recent incident at the airport and to request an appreciation for one of your staff members. Allow me to elaborate on
this
. Two days ago, my grandmother and I were travelling to Canada from India, and after reaching the Canadian airport, we lost our check-in bag. As my granny is 75 years old, it was difficult for her to walk;
nevertheless
, she had an anxiety attack, and it was difficult for her to breathe.
Therefore
, I went to the reception for help, and there I met Mr. George.

George dedicated two total hours to helping us.
Firstly
, he helped my grandmother to calm down, and he provided the necessary medical care.
Secondly
, after my granny felt better, he helped us find our lost baggage.
While
travelling for the first time, I was unaware of the area.
However
, he guided us very well.
This
generous person deserves some appreciation from your side.
This
appreciation will
also
encourage the other employees to help tourists; eventually, it will build a good reputation among the staff members. You can appreciate him either by giving a bonus or a tiny gift. I look forward to seeing how my suggestion translates into swift action on your side; l await your prompt reply. Yours Faithfully, Margret Joune

Greeting and Closing
To improve your greeting, you might consider using a more specific greeting, such as 'Dear [Manager's Name],' if known, to personalize your letter further.
Logical Structure
To enhance logical structure, try to connect your paragraphs more seamlessly, using transitional phrases like 'Furthermore,' 'Additionally,' or 'Subsequently,' to guide the reader through your narrative with ease.
Task Achievement
For task achievement, you have effectively addressed all components of the prompt. To take it a step further, consider elaborating slightly more on the suggestions for how the employee can be praised, including more specific examples of possible rewards.
Suitable Writing Tone
Maintain the appropriate writing tone as you did, but to enhance it, you might infuse a bit more formal language in places where you discuss the actions taken by Mr. George and yourself, to elevate the professionalism of your correspondence.

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
