Everything has its own peaks, yet, I personally argue that the former still outweighs its counterpart.

Countries are seeing an increased number of people hiring personal fitness trainers, as opposed to engaging themselves in sports and exercise classes, the reasons are possibly multifaceted and this development has potentially both positive and negative turns depending on the specific individual's tailored needs, my personal opinon leans towards possible benefits as opposed to less disadvantages.
