 10-stage process entails the fermentation of ripe cocoa beans that will be roasted once dried in order to have the liquid chocolate pressed out. The growing of the cacao tree in ideal regions

 as South America, Africa or Indonesia is a logical starting point. Once the pods have become ripe, it will facilitate the harvesting in which white cocoa beans will be skillfully removed from each pod to be left to ferment for a period, and

 dried out under the sun for another length of time. After the beans have been dried sufficiently, they will be transferred in sacks via trains or lorries to a specialized factory

 the roasting phase using a temperature of 350 degrees Celcius.
