You recently bought a piece of equipment for your kitchen but it did not work. You phone the shop but no action was taken. Write a letter to the shop manager. In your letter - describe the problem with the equipment explain what happened when you phoned the shop say what you would like the manager to do.

Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a cooking stove from your store at Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar yesterday morning. I was installing the stove
this
morning and I found that there is a gas leakage from the main burner. I have purchased
this
device for myself as my old stove has only two burners and I need a bigger one. When I installed it, the gas leaked from the main burner at the centre. I have checked and found that there is a small hole at the right of the burner cap.
Then
I called the help centre and explained the situation. They told me that they would send a technician to check it. But, it has been 2 days since the call and no one has come to check. I would be grateful if you could send someone to check
this
matter. Please consider
this
as an urgent matter. Yours Gratefully, Gurpreet.

General
Your letter effectively communicates your situation and request clearly. Each paragraph logically progresses from describing the issue to seeking resolution.
Task Achievement
Although your response thoroughly addresses the task prompts, consider providing more detailed expectations for the resolution, such as a specific time frame for the repair or replacement, which can make your request even clearer.
Coherence and Cohesion
Using transitional phrases between paragraphs could further enhance the flow of your letter. Although it's already well-organized, phrases like "Upon discovering this," before explaining the next steps you took, could smooth the transition between your actions.
Content
Clear description of the problem and the actions taken so far.
Structure
Appropriate structure with a logical flow from introduction to problem description to requested action.
Tone
Polite and formal tone throughout, fitting the context of a letter to a manager.
