The maps below show the changes that have taken place in Meadowside village and Fonton, a neighbouring town, since 1962.

The Map above presents the different developments happening within three subsequent time periods,

also

showing two settlements in seemingly closer proximity to each other. So,

firstly

in 1962, there is the presence of a village and a town side by side and a railway line passing through the latter area

while

the former region is linked by some form of an undeveloped road. Coming to the next image following the previous one, we see more development and expansion , two roads constructed, one running straight to Fonton linking it with the village

while

another runs through the meadow side developing on an earlier trail , there is a presence of a housing estate , leisure complex to the east of

this

very infrastructure, on the south there is a new super store . in the current timeline, we see the development of a hotel, a station linked to a railway line, and

further

south there is a business park connected to the previous road.
