You saw an advertisement in the paper for a property management position at an apartment complex. Write a letter to express your interest. Include •Why you are writing •Your suitability for the role •How you would approach the position

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter in response to the advertisement which appeared in the local newspapers
last
week for a property manager of an apartment building. I am extremely interested in
this
position as I have been spending a significant number of years being employed in the real estate industry. These years of work experience enriched me with a huge amount of knowledge of working practice. I believe I have enough qualifications and experience needed to make
this
position successful. First of all, I graduated from a local university with a Master of Real Estate Management degree, which provided me with basic information and strategies about property management. Added to that, I have a high level of enthusiasm and outstanding social skills, which teach me how to interact with landlords and tenants with different cultures and financial backgrounds.
Furthermore
, I have had some ideas about how to carry out
this
position. Apart from learning the policy and regulations of our company, after being employed, I will go through the building to be familiar with
this
construction. If you would like to discuss my application
further
, I would be highly delighted to come to your office when you are available. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Yours faithfully, Bella Liu
