People from a number of countries consider purchasing a flat rather than renting one to be a vital factor in their lives. In my opinion, the sense of belonging owning a home gives people can give rise to this thought. I am also convinced that it is not potentially a negative situation although under certain circumstances.

It is believed that group activities can educate various vital skills rather than individual activities that are handled single. I personally think cohort tasks are much better for growth abilities as the techniques learned as a unit will be applied in real life in a more practical way. Although, it has its disadvantages. This essay will shed light on both sides of the view and provide evidence to prove the arguments.
