all of the factories will be replaced with housing. The factories turned housing on the west of the roundabout will be relocated so that two additional roads will be paved, making space for shops and a medical centre. One of these roads will head north across the river, bridging the town to a new large apartment complex in the farmland. The t-junction in the south will be changed into a roundabout to account for the increase in traffic. The factory at the end
