From an observational perspective, it is apparent that the process is fairly complex with drying the animal skin moving through scientific stages to soak tannin and culminating with completed products ready for purchase.
The first step is
to dry animal skin and then
transform it into a factory. There, the leather
is washed with water and lime before being soaked in lime. Then
, all animal skins go through a scientific stage where it was flattened in a special machine. The following steps involve the animal leather
being soaked again by tannin, the liquid including the water and vegetable matter completes the process of making leather
non-bacteria.
Preparing animal skins for production is the focus of the latter steps in the sequence. Once the leather
has been polished by the polisher then
