in industry. Households, notably, have less common water
usage in the shown areas.
On the one hand, water
usage for Agriculture in Central Asia
holds the lion's share, amounting to 88%, followed by Africa
, Southeast Asia
, and South America
, with 84%, 81% and 71% respectively. Furthermore
, the figures for North America
and Europe
are relatively parallel, with the former taking up 39% and the latter 32%. There is 53% of the water
used in Europe
, which is 5% higher than water
consumption in North America
