, The first graph chart shows ownership in 2002 started with only 58% of the population and it increased slightly to reach 80% in 2010. Meanwhile, in the second graph it is divided into five levels of education between 2002 and 2010, The percentage of No high school diploma was the lowest in compared with 2002 and 2010. First of all, Personal computer ownership as we can see began in 2002 at less than 60%, And in 2006 it reached only 65% which means it only increased by 5% in 4 years.

in 2010, the percentage became around 80% so it rose by 15%.
