Argument: Every year several languages die out. This is not important because life will be easier if there are fewer languages in the world. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Language
is one of the means of communication. Some people believe that life will be easier if there are fewer
languages
in the world and some disagree with it. In
this
essay, I will discuss the positive and negative effects of it. I opine that having a fewer
language
will be better for easier communication.
For example
, you visited one country that speaks a
language
different than what
u
Correct your spelling
you
speak. Just imagine how difficult it would be. A couple of years back, I moved in from the Philippines to the Middle East and I needed to study and learn their
language
for me to fit in.
Also
, some people will not adjust for you, you are the one who needs to adjust for them,
besides
it's their country.
On the other hand
, learning many
languages
is fun and exciting. If you are a keen communicator
then
a listener it would be better if you will study different kinds of
languages
so that you can communicate with anyone anytime. And it would be a great help especially if you love travelling. In conclusion,
language
is our key to understanding each person better
as well as
listening.
However
, I believe that having fewer
languages
would be better for best communication.

Word Count

IELTS says that you should write a minimum of 250 words in writing task 2. If you go under word count you will lose marks in task response.

A very long essay will not give you a higher band score.

Aim for between 260 to 290 words in writing task 2. This will ensure a concise essay and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 40 minutes to write the essay and you need around 10 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long essay in 30 minutes.
