, it is clearly evident that there was a drastic increase in the
temperature
level between January and June, and the revenue generated from swimwear experienced a downward trend, despite its peak in April. New York was very cold in the early period of 2012, as the average
temperature
in
this
metropolitan city in January and February was around 30 Fahrenheit.
However
, it began to become hotter in the rest of the months, with a
temperature
double in just three months and peaked in June at approximately 60 Fahrenheit. Regarding the sales of swimsuits in
this
mega city, there was a significant upward trend in the first four months of 2012, with around US$100 hundred thousand worth of swimsuits sold in January and almost US$350 hundred thousand in April. Despite
this
growth, the sales dramatically dropped to less than US$100 hundred thousand towards the end of the period.
