, here is what i have done: I completed 50% of UI, and i received positive feedbacks from clients; I had a meeting with client and cleared some conflicts from the plan
However

areas where i fell short: I delayed the workflow of others in our teams; I miss the developing targets. So i am mentioning some solutions for myself in next month to ensure that i hit the KPI next month: I will planning my time schedule more careful I will improve my technical skills to increase my working speed
