You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter • Say where you think you left the papers. • Explain why they are so important. • Tell the manager what you want him/her to do.

Dear Mr. John I hope
this
letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing
this
letter to request a return of my documents which are left behind. I booked conference room number 215 at your hotel named 'Sunshine Life' for the meeting purpose for a group of five people. We arrived at the hotel
last
Sunday at 10 pm. The meeting lasted long so to catch the train on time we all rushed to the railway station. In that hustle and bustle, I forgot those papers. There is a big white table in that room with six drawers. I vividly remember that I put those sheets in the second drawer
along with
other files. I need those papers as they have the important details for my upcoming event. It would be greatly appreciated if the arrangements for return could be made via courier services. I am ready to cover all the charges for the post. Waiting for your response. Best Regards, Ravinder Kaur
