The two pie charts illustrate the different types of produced
energy
in France by comparing the years 1995 and 2005.
Overall
, coal, gas, and petrol were the most significant sources of producing
energy
in 1995. Gas and coal had similar dominance in the
energy
production
market in 2005, whilst petrol lost its share to nuclear and other sources.
According to
the charts, the
energy
production
occurred by coal and gas had a proportion of almost 30% each in 1995, and they became 30.93% and 30.31% respectively by increasing around 1% in ten years. The
energy
production
of nuclear and other sources was just over 10% in 1995,
then
they rose their shares significantly to around 10% each in 2005 and remained the two smallest amounts of manufacturing.
On the other hand
, in 1995, petrol caused 29.27% of
energy
production
. Despite a major decrease of almost 10% to 19.55%, it protected its third-highest
production
in 2005.
