The diagram below show how leather goods are produced. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The diagram illustrates producing leather goods in 11 steps.
The first step is
started with drying animal skins and the last
one is finished with leather products such
as bags, shoes and balls.
First,
animal peels are put on the rope then
they are dried by wind. After a while
, the pelts will be transferred with lorries to the factories where they will be washed in big tanks. A liquid which is made with water and lime is in the tank. After washing the skins, they will be soaked in lime. Next stage, the washed peels are flattened by big roller machines. Then
, again they will be soaked layer by layer in the tanks which includes tannin. Tannin is a liquid that includes water and vegetable matter. Next,
the cleaned pelt will be polished by roller polishers. In the last
three stages, these animal fur will be replaced by the pelt industries to produce skin products.
Overall
, in eleven levels producing goods with animal skins has been shown. It is obvious the diagram has the same levels in the whole process like transferring by lorries and soaking.Submitted by sarvin.rahimi9898 on
