letter finds you well. I am writing

letter to express my dissatisfaction towards the services which I got during my stay from 5 to 9 September 2024.
To begin
with, I stayed in your white rock hotel branch in
room
number 305 on the third floor. I paid extra for

room
just because of the sea view from the window and I was super excited about
this
stay with my family because it was our first stay in a five-star hotel. But my happiness converted into sadness right after I entered my
room
. The problem started when I saw only one king bed in my
room
but we needed two beds as per our family requirement. Even
according to
the site description they promise to have over two beds in the family
room
.
Apart from
this
, there was no bathtub and towels in the washroom
as well as
no slippers to wear. Once I found out about these problems, I immediately called the reception desk and informed the entire issue but they consoled me by saying that they would resolve all these problems within half an hour but unfortunately, no one came till 3 hours.
Due to
lack of proper services, my experience in your hotels turned out to be bitter. I was not expecting
such
bad service from a 5-star hotel and
that is
the reason I want a full refund of my payment
as well as
