this

documents
that I left at your hotel's meeting
hall
. I attended a company meeting at your conference
hall
last
Saturday, October 9th and when I came back home after that meeting , I found I did not have my important file in my bag
then
I remembered maybe I forgot my
documents
in the meeting
hall
. The meeting was at conference
hall
number 3 on floor 3 and after the meeting, I put my file on one of the side tables around the meeting table . That file was red in colour with a name tag of Sharma's
documents
on it . I clearly remember that I kept my
documents
over there at
last
and left them there. Those
documents
are very important for me related to my work . All the project plans decided during the meeting were noted on those
documents
. Without those papers, I will not be able to start my company's project . There are
also
some confidential
documents
in that file which are very personal to the company . I request you to look around in that meeting
hall
if you find any papers in the red file with that name tag . please mail those
documents
to
this
