, it can be seen that during

period of time, the
percentage
of households who owned their houses has increased significantly.
On the other hand
, fewer individuals have rented their accommodation.
According to
the chart, the highest
percentage
of people who rented their homes belonged to 1950 by nearly 70%.
However

amount started to decrease since

until 30% in 2002, which was the lowest rank and after that rose to only 8% until 2020.

the trend for owners was completely opposite. In 1950, the
percentage
of owners was at the lowest amount which was 31%. But after that, boosted dramatically until it reached its peak at 70% in 2000.
Although
in the two next decades, it started to fall down again, the
percentage
of owners was always higher than the people who had rented their accommodations.
