It is clear that

both, S1 and S2, seem to have good accessibilities because they are close to the city centre and the railway passes by them.

S2 is situated around the industrial estate. In the evening, after workers get off work, there won't be many people around that area.

, S1 will attract more people to the building during the whole day. It can be seen that the distance between S1 and where people usually work is shorter than the distance between S2 and the resident area.

, there is a river running across the middle of the city. If the mall is going to be built in the second area, we can expect that the majority of the population need to cross the river and might have to drive to get there.
