The line graph illustrates how many females in Korea have their own job positions categorized by age into five
groups
between 1970 and 2000.
Overall
,it can be seen that the younger the age,the higher the chances they were employed and all of the
groups
increased but at different rates.
To begin
with,Women aged 20-29 obtained the most job positions and the number increased substantially in the period given,starting from 3% in 1970 to 8% in 2000.
Also
,Women aged 30-39 followed closely which was 2% in 1970 and rose at nearly the same rate to 6% in 2000.
Although
the group that consists of people in 40-49 years old began at lower than 1%,it gradually climbed up to 3% in the year 2000 .The other two
groups
consisting of women aged 50-59 and those aged over 60 started at around 8% and 2% respectively,they barely rose and still ended at just under 10% in both
groups
