Overall

, there will be a drastic change in the town after implementing the new design. The city contains farmland, a river, and several amounts of factories right now. Since a plan has been made to develop the area, some housing, a school, a playground, shops, and a medical centre will replace the existing infrastructure. Currently, there are 8 industries from the centre to the East side. A river is flowing in the East-West direction with farmland in the North Pole.

On the other hand

, in the new design, there will be 7 housings facing East, North, and North-West from the main zone though one house will be built on the other side of the river. So, a path will be constructed over the water flow. Some shops and a medical facility will be established close to the central point.
