A glance at the graph provided reveals the percentages of a family income dedicated to transportation, housing, food,
entertainment
and clothing in a given country during the period from 1995 to 2005.
In general, it seems that food and housing consumed a higher proportion of income, while
less funds were spent on transportation, entertainment
and clothing.
It is evident from the information supplied that a huge amount of income was by far spent on food as well as
housing. From a peak at 39% in 1995, the money spent on eating and drinking dropped to 29% in 2002, prior to climbing to 34% in 2005. Similarly
, although
the dedicated budget to housing was 38% in 1995, it peaked at approximately 44% in 2000, before reaching 39% in 2005.
In stark contrast, however
, the money spent on traffic, entertainment
and clothing was too low. Nonetheless
, the funds spent on entertainment
and clothing experienced an upward trend, reaching from a negligible 9% in 1998 to about 24% in 2005. Meanwhile, it saw a downward trend in traffic, dropping from 23% in 1998 to 15% in 2005.Submitted by golriiz.azizi1991 on
