A glance at the graph provided reveals the percentages of a family income dedicated to transportation, housing, food,
entertainment
and clothing in a given country during the period from 1995 to 2005. In general, it seems that food and housing consumed a higher proportion of income,
while
less funds were spent on transportation,
entertainment
and clothing. It is evident from the information supplied that a huge amount of income was by far spent on food
as well as
housing. From a peak at 39% in 1995, the money spent on eating and drinking dropped to 29% in 2002, prior to climbing to 34% in 2005.
Similarly

although
the dedicated budget to housing was 38% in 1995, it peaked at approximately 44% in 2000, before reaching 39% in 2005. In stark contrast,
however
, the money spent on traffic,
entertainment
and clothing was too low.
