Secondly, governments are struggling with the challenge of disposing of waste safely and effectively.

Some people believe that it is clearly a matter of security, while others argue that it is a violation of privacy and totally illicit. Even though our privacy is a primary right that we must defend, there might be major threats that require these practices.
