many high level of positions in companies are filled by men even though the workforce in many developed countries is more than fifty percent female. compnies should be required to allocate a certain percentage of these positions to women. to what extent do you agree or disagree?
Men are occupying C-level jobs in different organizations, while the number of employed women in industrialized countries is almost higher than 50%. However, Firms should be provided a specific proportion of high-level positions for ladies too. I completely agree to give women opportunities in these superior positions as well as men . I shall put forth my arguments to support my views in the following paragraphs.

Smoking and its related regulations have been at the center of many hot debates with some governments and authorities suggesting that it should be fully banned in workplace and public places while some argue that it might be seen as an invasion to one's sense of freedom. Considering the fact that smoking, if done publicly, can have many detrimental influences on the overall health of the non-smokers, I personally believe that strict rules and restrictions are essential to keep the reprecautions at minimum.

Several individuals believe that conducting a laboratory testing to animals should be done in order to ensure it's safety ince it is consumed by societies. I tend to disagree with this statement due to its cruelty, while in fact, there is an alternative way when it comes to product testing these days.

Nowadays, in several regions, it is said that legislation has been implemented to prevent companies from rejecting job applicants based on their age. From my point of view, this phenomenon offers lots of benefits for societies.
