I am writing

letter to complain about the product that I have bought online from your website.
Two weeks ago,I ordered an online iPhone 15 Grey colour and it was delivered yesterday .
As I was very excited about my new phone, I started to use it and was working fine till the today morning.But ,suddenly around 11.30 am, it turned off .Earlier,I thought might battery issue so I kept it on charging but after the one-hour plug-in Linking Words
also
,it did not start .I tried to switch on multiple times but nothing is happening.
I request you to look into the matter.I am sending the phone back to the company address ,please help to check what is the issue on priority and help to resolve it .If the phone is not able to start Linking Words
then
help to replace it with the new handset as I have warranty and guarantee for 1 year .
