The highest salt intake was an adult group of 30-38 years old men and women which was approximately 4000 for females and above 5000 milligrams per day. The second was at 40-49 above the limit of the daily intake which was about 3000-4500 when the limit is 2300. The little difference below the adult group was old people, the oldest male and female how 70+ years old took little amount that was 2000 and almost 4000.
Sodium was taken by the kids and the teenage class had lower than other age groups.
On the other hand
