I am writing to express my annoyance about the service that your company provided me
last
week. I availed of one of your services a few days ago to move my house from Brampton to Surrey. I have been a regular customer of our organization. I was extremely impressed with the service that you gave to one of my friends when they moved their home.
The first thing I would like to draw attention to is that our staff did not have management skills. They kept the fragile things at the bottom and kept heavy equipment on it. Linking Words

I would be grateful if you could give me a full refund, or I would ask you to fix the problem as a matter of urgency and repair my damage. Unless the problem can be fixed in the next few days, we will be forced to find an alternative way to resolve it.
